Terms of engagement

These terms govern access to https://cloudinfrastructurex.digital and professional services offered by Cloud InfrastructureX in Taiwan. By using the site or commissioning work, you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request an engagement. Separate written engagement letters may add terms for a specific sampling or evidence review assignment; where they conflict with these website terms, the engagement letter controls for that assignment.

Services described

Pages describing offerings, fees, and timelines are informational. A binding scope arises only when Cloud InfrastructureX confirms an engagement in writing after reviewing your population data, file volume, or session request.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create remain owned by Cloud InfrastructureX unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you. Sampling memoranda and worksheets produced for a paid engagement are licensed to your organisation for use in that audit file. You may not republish our site content commercially without permission.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for the accuracy of population exports, materiality figures, and evidence you provide, and for any audit opinion or statutory filing that relies on our work. We do not issue audit opinions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Cloud InfrastructureX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from engagements, including lost profits or delayed filings. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from engagements commissioned through it, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
