This notice explains how Cloud InfrastructureX (“we”) handles personal data when you visit our website or contact us about audit sampling and evidence review engagements.

Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, selected offering, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect aggregated visit statistics as described on our cookies page.

Purposes

We use inquiry data to respond to estimate requests, schedule scoping calls, and administer engagements. Log and analytics data help us keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement working files follow retention periods stated in the engagement letter. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, typically 14 months or less.

Your rights

Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing where applicable. Contact us at hello@cloudinfrastructurex.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan hosts email, analytics, or backup infrastructure, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer. Engagement documents containing client financial data are handled under the engagement letter’s confidentiality terms.

Children

The site is directed at professional auditors and finance staff. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
