About Cloud InfrastructureX
A Taichung practice built around sampling memos and evidence files — not around slogans.
Why we exist
Financial audit teams in Taiwan often inherit sample sizes from last year’s file or from a hurried spreadsheet the night before fieldwork. Cloud InfrastructureX was formed to give those teams a written sampling program and a second set of eyes on evidence packs before partner review.
Where we work
Our office is at Alley31,Lane71,Sec.2FuHsingRd.Taichung. Most memoranda are drafted remotely; evidence review sessions and walkthroughs can happen in Taichung or over a secured document exchange when travel does not make sense.
How we approach engagements
We start from the assertion and the population, not from a preferred method. Monetary-unit sampling, classical attribute sampling, and stratified hybrids are tools — we pick them after reading the ledger shape and the engagement’s materiality context. Every recommendation is written so a reviewer who was not in the room can follow the logic.
People & values
The practice is led by auditors who have spent seasons on receivables confirmations, inventory counts in central Taiwan warehouses, and expense testing for shared-service centres. We value clear documentation, honest residual risk, and timelines that respect fieldwork calendars.
Who we serve
External engagement teams, in-house controllers preparing for statutory audits, and shared-service finance leads who need sampling or evidence support without adding permanent headcount.
